Experience
I have tutored professionally since graduating college (at a local community college), but also was a teaching assistant at Gettysburg College, working in the Mathematics Department. Also, I worked in the Physics Department as a lab assistant. While at the small Pennsylvania liberal arts college, I earned my math and physics bachelor's degree. I then worked on my Master of Business Administration, focused on Finance, at Loyola University. I have helped students excel in my fields of study. Algebra is one of my favorites to cover, but I also help in elementary and middle school math, geometry, statistics, and precalculus. My teaching style is highly adaptable, which is something I am very proud of. It lets me work with a student to help address their needs and get them on the right track in their classwork. Tutoring is something I've done for a while so I feel confident and qualified every time I have the opportunity to work individually with a student. Manchester, Maryland, is now my home. I spend a lot of time working, studying, and tutoring and I enjoy what I do. Outside of work, I enjoy running, hiking, and traveling to different places every now and then.
